The LID is a complete user configurable solution to parts management. The LID unit can be configured to provide up to 324 locations in a 1000mm high cabinet, with the potential to provide 432 locations in a 1200mm cabinet.

RECONFIGURABLE 

The LID cabinet can be easily and quickly reconfigured to meet the changing requirements of the user, due to the versatile design, the LID allows reconfiguration of a single channel to a complete drawer or, should the need demand, an entire cabinet.

UNIQUE MANUAL OVERRIDE FACILITY

In an ideal world manual override would never be needed but if required the LID ensures 24/7 availability with an easy to use and unique override, which requires no disassembly. The override can be selectively activated and can be limited to specific channels within a drawer, maintaining the security of the rest of your vital components.

SECURITY 

The LID modules are robust and incorporate high strength locks that cannot be forced open without the use of tools. The items held within are hidden from view and can be randomly distributed around the cabinet, minimising the risk of the unauthorised removal of contents.

EFFICIENCY 

Multiple locations can be selected in a single transaction minimising the time required to manage large volumes of stock.

EXPANDABILITY 

The LID can be expanded  to a maximum of 10 units per system providing up to 3240 secure locations managed and controlled by the powerful SPS management software.

TRACEABILITY 

The powerful tried and tested SPS software provides a complete audit trail allowing the company to know who, when, where and why about the usage of any item within the systems.
