Rationing
 Extending on the concept of Restrictions, Rationing introduces a time element to the dispensing of items. In this way the number of any specific item an indvidual user or user group is permitted to take over a given time period can be controlled.
For example users can be rationed to a maximum of two pairs of safety gloves per 8 hour shift, and 5 Stanley knives per week. Rationing can also be implemented to ensure users must return an item before they may be issued another. This is extremely effective when controlling, for example, rechargeable batteries.
