Restrictions
 It is a sad, but unavoidable fact, that irrespective of how reliable or trustworthy your staff are, specific individuals will always abuse access privileges provided to them. Restrictions provide a simple and effective tool to prevent this, by ensuring users only have access to the specific items they need.
Configurable and adaptable, Restrictions can be based on users, user groups and cost centres, and can be applied to items or item groups. Trusted users can be provided access to all items within the machine, whilst less scrupulous individuals can only see, and access, the limited list of items they really need. Restrictions can also be used to make selection of a users required items even quicker. The displayed list of items can be modified for each department within your organisation, so for example one a user had indicated they are working in the final assembly department, items which are only used in 2nd stage manufacturing are not displayed.
