Cost Centers
SPS Complete enables the creation of cost centres against which consumption of items can be recorded, monitored and analysed. Typically two cost centres will be used, such as 'Job' and 'Machine' or 'Doctor' and 'Patient'.
Cost centres provide a powerful and easy-to-use tool to truly determine when, where and why items are being used, allowing you to identify wasteful or inefficient process within your business environment. Cost centres can also be used in conjunction with Rationing and Restrictions to implement a system to enforce cost saving controls on wasteful or inefficient sections of your business.
