Designed and manufactured in the UK MODULO incorporates industry leading and award winning technology to provide a higher capacity machine at a very competitive cost.  

A clever redesign on the electronic and mechanical construction has facilitated an increase in capacity of each frame from 104 to 120 secure locations, whilst maintaining the same footprint.    

Modulo can be configured to provide different size drawers and compartments. A single machine can incorporate up to 10 frames providing 1200 secure locations, dispensing an incredible 14,400 items. Surprisingly this has been achieved whilst simultaneously increasing the size of the drawer compartment by almost 50%.

The MODULO  is shipped network ready and with the extensive SPS Complete software or the entry level SPS LITE software both  providing powerful systems control and configuration with extensive reporting functionality.

System operation is extremely simple and the automatic capture of additional cost centre information such as job or cell can be performed for future cost analysis:

• Authorised user logs into the system and selects required item and quantity
• The system unlocks only the location containing the required items and guides the user directly to it using high brightness LED's
• The user opens the indicated location, obtains required items and closes the location which is automatically relocked.

Emergency access to items (e.g. during power failures) can be achieved in seconds with our innovative override mechanism which can be selectively activated allowing access to the required items only.
